Naturalization problems Help!

I went for my naturalization today in md. The officer was very mean and nasty to me.I was not sure why, he had a problem with everything i did or said.He said i had lied to him and had the chance to explain.He did not make a decision on my case.
He said i lied about being detained by an immigration officer: i have never been detained. I told him i remeber goin to the airport to pick up someone in 2005 and the peson was never released he said taht i was on teh flight with that person, me no never been to germany and havent left the country since 2004.
I spoke to some people, it seems that the info on the guy i was picking up was placed on my report.Is taht possible?the officer did not allow me to expalin myself at all he had concluded taht i lied.i have never been detained.My freind suggest i go to a border control facility and get that report retefied.Please advise.

Sorry to hear about your story, however most IO are very nice to immigrants during the N-400 interview process, and a fraction of IOs are sometimes tough, unfortunately you were unlucky to be interviewed by that IO.
Anyway, since your IO is claiming that you were detained and you tried to prove that is not true, then I believe you should try to find an immigration lawyer right away, and that's another budget you need to put aside, but that's the only way. By the way after the interview what did he exactly say? did he gave a denial letter or what was the conclusion after the interview?

I know it's frustrating a lot but hang on and try to prove your case and hopefully things will go well for you, wish you best of luck.

I went to see the lawyer about it yesterday she said she was going to take an info pass and go up there to talk to OI.We went over the civic qestions and he gave me a note saying that a decision can not mae at this time.
