Hi,
I am filling out the N-400 form. Part 10 asks for any convictions/citations. I do not have any convictions but have received two warnings for traffic violations (I failed to stop at red light before making a right turn, and also failed to yield to traffic once). Then last year I received a $75 ticket for expired State inspection, but was told it would be cancelled if I paid $20 within a week. I did pay.
Two years ago I was driving a car registered in my husbands name and again failed to stop at red light before making a right turn. The street camera took pictures and the ticket came in my husband's name.
Do I have to report these? where?
I just pulled my driving record and it shows no record of events.
I would really appreciate some advice.
