Two outside of us trips - 1 for 32 days and 2nd for 172 days

we have stayed outside of US for more than 204 days in a year,
1st trip - 32 days
2nd trip - 172 days.

i am wondering will there be a problem with my application. do i need to submit any additional documents. please guide.

For physical presence, you need to be at least 30 months out of 5 years in the US.

For continuous residence, you should not travel more than 180 days on a single trip.

So it looks like you are fine. I haven't seen any limitation on physical presence on a yearly basis but you might want to ask an expert.

I believe you are fine. The law states that any trip shouldn't last more than 5 months and 29 days. So you have 2 trips in one year and non of them breaches the law, you are fine.
