Sent to wrong address

Hi guys

I sent my N-400 via express mail on Moday, I sent it to the Dallas Lock Box instead of the Express Mail address, yesterday I received confirmation that it was not delivered, however this morning I received an update from USUPS stating it was delivered and signed for BUT the person who signed for it used the address 401 Tom Landry Highway TX, I looked up this address and it says its a Post office!!! Help, what do I do

I think that's OK since I read about this happening to an applicant before. They most likely collect all applications from that post office. Did you include a "G-1145, E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance" form with your application? If yes, you will receive an Email/Text message once USCIS has entered your application in their system.

Yes I did attach the form to receive text message and email notice, but my question is this "Ben McBride" with receipt address as " 401 Tom Landry" would that be the person at postal office or a person at USCIS

It's most likely a USPS person but I am not 100% sure. You could try calling that post office to have peace of mind. Since you have the tracking number they should be helpful.

do you think it will get picked up by USCIS at that ups postal office, I am so worried because of my stupid mistake

Good news!

Just did a search and you should be fine. This is what I found on the timeline of a fellow applicant:

09/02/10: Delivered to USCIS and signed for by Ben Mcbride.

So Ben McBride is the right man to sign

It took about 7 days after I sent my application for the check to be cashed.

I received the Email of Acceptance about 10 days after I sent the application.
