Hi everybody! I had my interview on April 25.IO gave me a peace of paper saying that i passed the interview , but because of my arrest in 2005 she needs a supervisor approval.(i gave her the disposition from the court). On april 28, my case status changed to supervisor review with this case was complete. We will mail you the notice. Please don't call before. So, does anybody knows what that means? Should i be worry? Thank you very much for your time

Hello..! ! I don't think you have much to worry about at all. I had previous 2 arrests, minor petty convictions, my N400 went to supervisor review as well for about two weeks and then got scheduled for an oath ceremoney. Now i'm a citizen. All the N400 apps with criminal records go thru 2 tiers of supervisors just to make sure that the adjudicating IO didn't make any mistakes. My online status on March 28th said that the supervisor review is completed and we will let you know the out come.. On Apr 12th I got the letter for oath on May 1st.
Once the supervisor done with the Check you will be scheduled for an Oath. You should recieve your oath letter soon..! !
Honestly dont loose sleep over this, this is just a routine error check and before you know it you will be a US Citizen.Last edited by amal22; 05-04-2012, 11:37 PM. -
