Hi guys.I got my letter today for Oath ceremony . In question # 4 do i have to answer yes or no?(since your interview have you been arrested, indicated, fined or imprisoned for breaking or violating any law or ordinance,including traffic violations?) I had a speeding ticket , but i pad the fine. and also if i will answer yes, will that effect my oath ceremony that day? thanks you very very much

Answer no, especially if you didn't indicate speeding tickets in your N400.

You have to remember you are under oath. If you tell a lie that is a violation of your oath.
My take is I will admit the traffic violation and mentioned that I paid the fine.
It's a minor offense and should not be a big deal.

Definitely answer YES, and take the ticket and receipt for it with you to the interview. The officer will take a look at it and you will be able to attend your ceremony.
