Suppose a college offers me a 2 year visiting assistant professor (non-tenure) job and me H1B, can I apply for green card by EB2? In the contract, it states that it's a 1-yr full-time temporary position with one possible extension.
Based on my original citizenship, I heard that it takes only 1 year to get green card.
