N 445 oath ceremony

Hi guys! Do i have to fill in form N 445 before my oath day or just do it when i'll get there? Had one traffic ticket after interview and i am very very nervous about it. I paid the fine right away, but still can't sleep at night.First speeding ticket EVERRRRR! Thanks

I filled it out before I went to the oath.

Also take the speeding ticket and the receipt that you paid for it with you. You should be fine. No need to worry at all.
