making a corrections

happy to meet meet everybody onthis forum. i am a new guy here with a bunche of problems and looking for professiona advise.

i made a mistake and put my sister doughter who i take care of on my n 400 which was submitted and is now schedulled for interview. i have now realized that i can't do that since she is not legally adopted.,

my question is how do i correct it? and will that course a delay in my case.
