address problem for college student

I am an out-of-state college student. I want to use my parents' address to submit my application for citizenship. Is it possible to change address later so I can make appointments for fingerprinting, interview, etc. at the state where my college locates?

If I use my college address to submit the application, do I need to wait for 3 months after I move in? In that case, I am afraid I may move out before the application process ends.
