Hope you guys are doing fine today.
I have a question regarding Part 7 (Time outside the United State) of N-400 form (Application for Neutralization).
I received my Green Card on Dec 19th 2007. I was in India at that time (from Oct 8 2007 to Jan 22 2008). My wife received it on my behalf and mailed it to me in India. I used it to re-enter US (ARC stamped on passport). Now the question that I have is, in “Total days out of the United State” column should I put a) 34 days - i.e. Dec 19th 2007 to Jan 22 2008? OR b) 106 days – i.e. Oct 8 2007 to Jan 22 2008?
Hoping for a quick help on this…. Submitting my application on Sep 20th 2012.
