Becoming 18 only 1 month before naturalization

We became permanent residents on 1.21.2011 and we should apply for naturalization on 10.21.2015. At this time my elder son would not be 18 yet ( Born on 12.14.1997) so I cannot apply form N-400 for him at that time BUT on 1.21.2016, he would have completed 18 years of age. Should I or should I not apply form N-400 for him together with ours?

You can't apply for for him. He can apply the day he turns 18. This is the only option I see.
