Hello There,
I am an Indian Passport holder. I am Traveling to Argentina-Antarctica next month with American Airlines. My Flight is from Mumbai - London - Miami - Buenos Aires & Same route Back.
I have been refused on B2 & C1 Visa from US Embassy. I am applying for Direct Air Transit from UK Embassy on Monday, is there any chances that they will consider the same US decision on my case or they will re-evaluate my case ? and if I get UK Transit Visa will I be allowed to Transit from Miami as well they have refused ?
I will be really really grateful if you can insight on this case.
