    Advice required related to C1/D

    Dear Sir,

    I got a valid C1/D visa. I have never worked on ships before. I want to know whether I am authorized to move freely on the US land (travel on land). Also please advice me about the kind of medical insurance I should opt for. Please suggest me references of insurance agencies providing medical insurance for people who work on ships.
