Hello,
I have a questions regarding my plan to enter US due to I have some immigration cases such as : INA 212(a)(7)(A(i)(I) , INA 212(a)(7)(B)(i)(II) and 22 CFR 41.122(h)(3).I have been refused to enter US once and my H2B visa application was denied twice.The cases happened during 2006 - 2007. This Year 2010, I have a plan to apply a C1/D visa due to I have a chance to work with a cruiselines company based in US.
Do I still have a chance to enter US even with C1/D visa/transit visa?
and will does cases influenced my new visa application?
Do I got permanent refusal for any visa and enter US?
If no,When the best time for me to re-apply again?
How long or how many years do I have to wait until my Data in US embassy database will automatically erased?
