dancers on a cruise ship

We are french dancers working on a cruise ship for a french dance company which is working for a portuguese cruise ship company. we are leaving in january and our ship is going in United States for few weeks in March. I would like to know which kind of visa do we need to be able to go out in USA: a C1/D visa, a P-1 visa or is the ESTA enough??
I have a B1/B2 multientries does this one work?
