Hello Everyone!
I have a J1 visa from last year. I'm not sure if two year rule of foreign residency requirement concern me. I have a line on my visa: Bearer is not subject to section 212(E). Two year rule does not apply (country name).
Is this means that I can't apply for any other (except tourist) non-immigrant/imigrant visa?
And when is the nearest time when I can apply for the new J1? Do I have to be a daily student in the university, or can I apply for the visa, if I'm "just" a correspondence student?
