Two-Year Rule applies for Marketing/Media trainees from Brazil?

Hey everyone.

So, I'm currently studying advertising under an M1 Visa here in the US. I'm thinking of applying for a J1 Trainee visa with some advertising companies. I'm originally from Brazil.
Does the Two-Year Rule apply for Media/Marketing professionals from Brazil? How can I find out more about the skill list and the specifics of this rule.
