NIW based I-485 and Advance Parole
Folks,
I have a pending I-485 that I applied to after my I-140 for National Interest Waiver (NIW) was approved
Recently I got my EAD card and Advance Parole, I am scared to use that to travel because J status is a non-immigrant status that requires that each beneficiary establish non-immigrant intent.
Can anyone help me on that?
