Hi,
I am pursuing my Ph.D (under F1 visa) in the USA at present and expect to finish in fall 2012. In 2006, I had come on an internship to the US under J1 visa for 2 months and hence, am applying for the J1 Waiver NORI certificate.As I was filling the Biodata form, I had a few doubts regarding certain questions:
1. Date of arrival in USA /international port of entry in USA
Should I put in the dates of arrival for the J1 visa or for the recent trips I made as a F1 student?
2. Profession and Job title/ Address of present employer in USA
Again, do I restrict myself to the J1 visit details or include the present info as well?
It would be great if you could answer these questions,
