what happens to EAD when I shift to J2 waiver period?
currently I am on J2. planning to get EAD. my husbands residency gets over in 2015. when he gets J1 waiver what happens to my J2??? will i be on J2 waiver?? what will happen to my EAD? because i will doing residency till 2017?
do j2 waivers get ead valid status? what should i do when my husband moves over to waiver period?
can j2 plus ead move to h1b directly without doing waiver ? i heard that this is an option.
