K1 Medical Exam

Hello,

I am wondering if anyone has any knowledge about what is involved in the medical exam for a fiance visa application?
My fiance is still living in Europe, and recently went on a stag weekend in Amsterdam with some friends. I am concerned about weather or not they do a drug test during the medical exam? Our application is still processing, so he should not need to go for his medical exam anytime soon, but I am worried and don't want something silly like this to hold up our application!

Although they don't do drug test, if your fiance show up high at the medical exam, he may be deemed as mentally unstable and reported as medically unfit for K1 entry.
