F-1 adjustment to k-1 or k-3
My boy friend is a non US citizen, and I am a US citizen, he wants to find ways to move here without getting married right away.
My questions are, if he gets an F-1 Visa, and they ask him if he has a relationship with an American girl, that he should say no or he may be denied the F-1 visa. If he does say no, are we then able to live together when he moves here? Will we be able to change the status to a K visa without any consequences? What are the rules to getting married? Please help!
