Advice required please

Would really like some advice please. Am currently going through a divorce in the UK (am a UK citizen) - Have a boyfriend in the USA who is also currently going through divorce. He is US Citizen altho British born. The question is...What do I need to do in order to move to the USA to be with him?? We would be looking to live together in USA along with my 3 children. Hope someone can help..finding this all very confusing!!

There are basically two visa options you can use – K1 and CR-1. Which one you choose depends on where you want to get married and how long you want to wait until you can move to the US. Before you start any visa procedure, make sure that both of you complete your divorce processes. It’s not enough to just separate – you both need to have papers showing that each marriage was legally terminated.
