My case is at NVC now.
My husband is the petitioner. He was not in USA for many years so he did't have job and did't pay tax.
I have a joint sponsor for my case and my husband filled I-864 form with zero income and zero tax.
I want to know, if NVC wants tax returns of my husband?

No tax return for now. The embassy may want financial evidence later. You can use bank or other assets statement from your husband and joint sponsor.
