k1 visa question....request for evidence of relationship

My fiance went to interview (2nd interview) and was asked to take more evidence of relationship to vfs....He had all the necessary evidence with him at the time of interview but the consulate officer did not take it ...even though she took my tax return and tax transcripts....first interview my fiance had they had requested more evidence of relationhip and police clearance ....even though he returned it within the week the embassy expired the petition and sent it back to uscis where uscis expired petition as well. The only other evidence we have is hours and hours between 2008 and 2012 of conversations on yahoo...how can i print these out without printing the entire conversations? i only need the dates of the conversations. Is it time to call an immigration lawyer or can somebody help me
