Necessary Documents For initial petition

In addition to forms I-129F and G-325A, do I need to submit any other documents such as copy of my passport (USA), a statement from both me and my fiance, photos. Do I submit proof of relationship (Phone calls, meeting in person, chat records, photos of each other) with the initial forms or later.
