  • Married on B1/B2

Hi Everybody, I needed some advise. I have been traveling to the US on B1/B2 for the last 11 years legally as I have family here (never over stayed beyond what was stipulated on my I-94 departure card) Recently, I got married to a US born citizen in the US. However, I do not want to adjust my status as I am not sure I want to apply for a PR (Green card) just yet. Would it be possible to travel back and forth on my B1/B2 which is valid till 2021. Basically this is my second 10-yr B1/B2 visa.

Thanks for the answers in advance.
    Dan

You can travel. However, if you are questioned, you will have to answer correctly and the immigration officer at the port of entry will decide how much stay to give you.
