Waiver for my Wife

I need a sample letter for a waiver for my wife. She was living illegaly in NY for number of years, and we were advised by our attorney for her to leave the county which she did. She is living in Canada (Landed). She had an appointment at the US cnsulate at Montreal last month and was denied her visa 'cos of hr illegal present. However the immigration rep. gave her a waiver form to fill up and mail it back to Monteal with her passport, waiver my suppoting documents etc. Now I need someone to help me draf out a letter showing that I am emotionally affected by her absence. I also have both of
the children age 5 and 3/12. I will greately appreciated anyone input

Hello,

You not just have to show hardship, but extreme extreme extreme hardship, like the children are getting affected due to the absence of their mother or some psychological hazard on you.
