Me and my husband got married here in the Philippines last Oct. 9 he come back to the USA last Oct.12 and he filed a petition and was received last Nov. 08. I just want to ask if how long does it takes for us to know if it is approved or not? Thank you

Hello, it varies for some people takes months for others like me it took over a year for him to received his interviewed abroad, uscis which i believe you are set might take a while investigating and after NVC also like 5 months , good luck and just start calling USCIS as much as you can for information,

9 months is normal wait period if the application is correctly submitted. It's not an easy application
