I came here legally in December 2009 with F1 student visa.
My girlfriend was here since August 2008 and we got married at June 2010.
I filled my I-130 pietition 03 monts after and it was approved . After that, I started the process by NVC and I paid some money.
I consulted some lawyers who told me I just waste my money.
On the I-130, my priority date is 18AUG 2010.
In last December, I received an interview letter from NVC that said I need to go back to my country for interview but like I left the school already, I didnt go.
I just talked to a lawyer last 02 weeks and he told me, the way I was scheduled for interview, its because my visa is available , so I can adjust my status here.
What do you think about that?
