Hello guys! My husband had the interview in January 24th at US embassy of Ukraine, we had an appointment for 8am and left the place at 2pm with such a disappointment, we have two kids and we being together 4 years almost and 2 years married in this month on the 26th!!
He was in America once he overstays he applied for political asylum afterwards he was married and changed his status nothing seems to work for him back then so he left america on 2009 december. , at the interviewed he was informed that he received a letter of voluntary deportation letter back in march 2009 ( surprise) also there is this warrant when he was there that he has short story(his friend fought with a guy, and that guy went to the police and he also said that my husband was involved in the fight when he was only a witness ,anyhow seeing like a big case indeed but interview was really well just at the end the consul officer says case will be transfer to AP and they kept the passport . One of our kids was born in america and the other one here and we three are all american citizens , ehat hope do we have that they will give him the visa?
