It sounds like they have a bad address for you & the letter they sent was returned to them. You should call them & find out. You must have gotten your receipt number some how though.

Yeah, kind of strange that you would have gotten a receipt number, yet they received a return mailing. I agree, contact USCIS, they should help. Did your initial payment get processed?

I am sure everything will be fine, but I would call USCIS just to be on the safe side.
