An old US fiance visa application back 2010
Hello everyone,
The status of our K1 application is still under Request for Evidence Response Review for more that 60 days now. My fiance is in US an I'm here in philippines and never been in US before but I got engage with a American ex fiance back in 2010 that one was approve but I did not start processing the visa application here in Phil because something came along during the engagement and we broke up. He said he receive a call and they asked him if he his aware about my previous application.
I don't understand what's going on he didn't give me enough information what will happen next, so I'm confused if that old application should cost of not being approve for this new fiance visa application.
Please help!
