Hi guys i just wanna ask, when should i file a petition for my fiancee and my son so they can join me here in US. I am a US citizen but i just got here in US 6months ago to work, i just finished my studies in the philippines.

As long as you are now making enough to support them and you have proof that they will not ended up in social welfare, I believe you can go ahead and file it now. . .
