Hi folks, I really need some input here as I cannot find an answer to my circumstance anywhere.
Last year in May my K1 Visa was approved I left Canada and went to the U.S. to marry my fiance after about 3 weeks of being there, a family issue came up back here in canada, so i made the decision to come back to deal with them. Now we my fiance from that K1 application and I are ready to get the ball rolling finally. I have found alot of posts about applying for a K1 for a different fiance but none for reapplying for the same fiance.
Does anyone know of how to do this... is the application process going to be the same as the first time we applied, or is there going to be issues arrising because i came back home? Is this even an option for us now. And if so what do i need to know as far as applying again? Please help me with this.
