Simple, simple question, but the USCIS website is unclear.......
I already submitted my I-130 with all the necessary paperwork.... biographic info, passport photos, marriage and birth certificates, etc. Now I'd like to submit my I-129f for a K3 visa. (I'm married 2+ years.)
What paperwork do I need to include for the I-129f?
According to the USCIS, it seems I only need to include the I-129f form, marriage certificate, and I-797 (I-130 receipt). (They say something like: you don't need to include all the paperwork if you're doing a K-3 visa, just the paperwork for items 1,2,4 of instructions, not items for step 3. But I see that there are many more instruction items than 4, and the way they list them is confusing as there are numbered sub-headings as well. And I'm thinking, don't they need all the info to be included with the I-129f if I want it to beat the I-130, which I need it to do for the K3 visa?? Am I overthinking this?)
THANK YOU!
