Hi,
Please I need help as regards my K-1 visa. My interview is for middle of next month, and I know I need to submit my fiance's most recent year's tax return from IRS, but the problem now is, my fiance was out of work last year, he just got a new job January this year. My questions are- which documents can be alternatives to 2012's tax return? He sent me a Form,1099-G, is that acceptable? And we are kinda confused which form is used for affidavit of support for a K-1 visa, is it Form 1-864 or Form 1-134?
