My fiance got the H1B visa and is going to work in the US starting October 1st. I have a tourist visa (B1- B2) for the US valid for five years (it will expire on August 2006).
I need to know if I can go to the US on Christmas and get married there to join my future husband and file Form I-539 to transfer to H-4 status.
I really appreciate your help and I will be anxiously waiting for your answer.
