Exactly which form do I file?
Trying to get my wife into the states, but I am troubled that I may not be using the correct form to petition with. I am a US citizen since birth. While going over the USCIS pages (and 'immihelp' as well) I seem to be running into conflicting instructions as to which forms to file. I understand that under the K-3 status, both my wife and her child can enter the US quickly. Do I file the I-130 form, and then send a filled out I-129F to my wife for when she goes before the consulate? Does anyone have clear instructions (along with experience) to give me some help, please?
