Earlier this year, my affidavit of support was rejected. The email said she may become a public charge.
I am disabled, but my disability income plus my living situation doesn't kill me. I do have some physical assets plus my house is paid for.
I sent 1 year of my brother's W2 & 1040 stating $24,000 for 2012 but a lawyer told me I should have sent at least 3 years.
Now I want to resubmit 3 years of my brother's W2 and 1040.
Also My sister gets SSA income of $18,000 a year.
Can I send 134A forms for both of these sponsors together?
How should I fill out the forms?
ex Question 3: does my fiancees name go there or my name?
