Hello, I'll be very helpful for your opinions on which path should i take;
I'm an indian citizen planning on going to usa to pursue PG in medicine..my girlfriend is a US citizen by naturalization and currently studying medicine in india with me..now I need to vist USA for giving usmle exam and to undergo observership in the next march/april...what would be my best option? going on a tourist visa without declaring my relationship, marrying around feb(can't marry earlier due to gf's exams) and filing for fiance or spouse visa? plz help...thanks in advance!
