Is there different situations if my husband and I have been married since
09/03/2009?
My husband is working in morocco but is a Lebanese citizen born in Iraq.
His passport is being held by his employer until his contract is fulfilled.
I make $1400 every month with a free room, board, and food.
Am I eligible to bring him?

Your income is to low to bring him you will need joint sponsor. The visa would be a Cr-1 which they will make a Ir-1 when they give to him. Are you US citizen?
