Does anyone know of an agency or personal advocates that help to co sponsor the support documents?
I didn't work last year because I was carrying for family members
My tax file for last year is not sufficient
My family refuses to help out of bigotry
We have been married for 4 years now, meaning his citizen ship will be approved quickly, meaning the risk is low.
This has been very hard on us.

anyone can be a joint sponsor it does not have to be family. Also if you have savings or house that can be used to count for income. And if you start working now by the time the interivew happens then you will have proper income. CR-1's are taking 9-12 months now.
