Inquiry on the K1 visa process, while having a valid B1/B2 visa till 2023

Greetings!

Myself, Prince and I am writing to inquire about the K1 visa process.

My fiancee is a US citizen and she is going to apply for a K1 visa shortly. I am currently holding a valid passport and a B1/B2 visa which has an expiration on 2023. I would want to know if I have to pay again for a "non-immigrant visa" (DS-160) during this K1 visa process.

Any information to the above would be much appreciated.
