hello everybody mm i have a situation here My wife in America and I'm in Morocco and has been sent all my papers to nvc after aproval and she paid 88$ 230$ and i send to her the packet of chekliste for IV , but the problem I have is my wife did not work about 5 months and the second problem she have only tax for 2 last years and the first tax 2011 = 11,000$, and the second tax 2012 = 17,000$ and I know I need a sponsor but my wife did not find anyone to help her please if there any solution to help please ...!!!

assests, she can use assets, for a spouse it will be 3 times the value missing, so if she has 30,000 in cash or retirement account that would count as 10,000 as far as USCIS is concerned for NON-spouse it would be 5 times the value missing.

If she can provide employment verification and proof that her current wages will annualize to exceed the sponsorship requirements ($18,600 for 2), she is probably okay with including her 2012 tax return (even though it only shows $17,000).

Assets are difficult to use unless they can be immediately converted to cash to exceed at least 3 times the income deficit.
