I have filed for adjustment of visa by marriage on august 31. We filed every form and everything went in the process went quick and then came the interview. Now we had all our forms together perfectly and everything alright. The only problem is we are not living together since we did not want any hassle with legal problems because if he lost his job then he would be in the grey area until he would find a job. The person interviewing us did not ask any personal question or anything we had phone records, visits, and other documents and tickets for our vacation in India. All she asked me was about why are you not living together. After 15 minutes she just put the case under review and told us interview is over. He already has his parole Alien card and work authorization. Now me and my fiance are worried about this issue? I tried looking up similar cases online but found none. I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on this issue. What should we do regarding this? Is this a bad sign?

No light to shed, a married couple not living together no matter what the reason raises questions, that is it. I would expect another interview and or a request for further evidence. Best advise is to gather evidence why you can not live together.
Look at it from the immigration point of view, you bring someone over here (the U.S.) as a spouse and you are not living together, they see visa fraud, a **** marriage, no matter what your true intentions it is up to you to prove you have a bona fide marriage. Start making plans to live together, gather evidence. -
I don't think live saparate become problem,as long as ur marriage bonafide marriege it's should be ok ,.what is the Answer when IO ask u why u're not living together? Cause I'm at the same situation as long as ur marriege is real marriege should be no problem,did IO ask u more evidence?if not should be ok just wait in the mail under review is normal procedure that's mean u're not approve on spot .,approval notice they will send it by mailComment
