Hello,
My fiance is currently in South Korea and we're planning to submit the I-129F (K1) Visa, hoping she would be able to travel to United States by March 2014. We have few questions about it and hoping the field can help us out (so we can save time/money by going to immigration lawyers).
1) If we submit the I-129F and is approved, is this the only thing she needs when traveling to United States and enter the customs?
2) If not, what else do we need to submit and get approval before she travels to USA?
3) What documents does she need to bring when entering USA along with I-129F?
We're hoping she would travel to USA then submit DS-260 (Permanent Residency) and start the permanent residency process. I'll ask more questions on this on a separate thread.
Thank you very much for reading and I'll try to be more active for others who are in same ship as I am.
V/R,
Josh
