K-2 Visa Form?

Hi I am filing K-visa for a girl whom I am planning on marrying.

1) What forms I need her to sign?
2) What forms I need to submit for her child(k-2)?

For the K1 fiancee visa you need the following:

1. I-129F petition
2 G-325A, biographic information, from each of you.
3. Statement of Intent to Marry, from each of you.
4. One passport-style photo each
5. Copies of both birth certs, and birth cert of K2 child, any divorce certs
6. Evidence of meeting in person and continuing relationship
7. $340 submittal fee

So long as the child is listed on the I-129F in "children" section, she is included for K2 processing.
