Interview > AP > No 221G > Need Help please

I need help from those whom has such experience similar to my situation please:

i had my interview November 10 at US embassy in Cairo, every thing went fine , ,he did not ask for any evidence! then he told me everything looks fine but it usually take some work then we will send you everything by mail,

when i went home i checked on Ceac it shows it's under administrative processing.

1- he kept my passport with him.
2- I give him a new medical and police certificate
3- he did not give me any paper or forms or 221(g).
4- since the interview date i check everyday Status Updated Date on CEAC did not changed shows last update Nov 10

any one has such experience ? what my case mean and why I'm in AP without Form 221g ?

For what visa class are you applying? "Administrative Processing" does not necessarily mean anything is wrong (but it could mean that), but only that completion of visa is delayed.

The most common reasons for a K1 delay under status of "Administrative Review" are:

1. To allow consulate to check law enforcement history
2. To verify "single status" of applicant
3. To review sponsorship documents

Did you provide proof of meeting in person within two years? If not, how strong was your waiver request documentation?

Yes ... we sent photos for us and mail messages and wassapp and also she came and visit me again before the interview and i told him that when he asked me and i told him that i have her ticket and boarding but he did not ask for them.

ALL VISA's go through AP, they bad thing is where you are at, expect an AP for a few months, I have seen some MENA countries with 1 year AP each case is different.
AP is manidatory for all cases, some only a few hours others few months.

It's exactly the same case

It's exactly the same case .. I am also k1 visa in us embassy in cairo, my case is in ap while i didnt get any 221g.
Did they update ur status or somthing new happened with your case?
